Weekly, Monthly, or Seasonal Pool Maintenance. We use Professional grade chemicals and expert water analysis. We can close your pool down for the winter and open for the summer.

Flat rate monthly charge !

(no extra charges for normal chemical use)

• Test water for correct chemical balance and add amounts as needed.
• Visual inspection of equipment; including pumps, heaters, cleaners.  Make any adjustments as needed.
• Empty traps and skimmers.
• Backwash filter and add more DE, Flush Sand Filters
• Vacuum, net, and brush down pool as needed.

ANNUAL, SEASONAL & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

We can prepare your pool for the winter months, and get it going for you in the spring.

• DE Filters- Disassemble, clean, inspect
• Cartridge Filters- Disassemble, inspect
• Pool Cleaners- Inspect, Adjust speeds & pressure, Align belt & tension. Replace worn parts
• Pool Heaters- Cleaned & tested. Check burner & heat exchanger. Test elements, gas and pressure switches, calibrate temp settings.
• Electronic Control Systems- Check time settings, freeze sensors, install battery backup if needed.
• Pool Lights & GFCI- Test and repair if needed.
• Automatic Chlorinators- Replace tubing and cap o-ring, check valve and replace.
• Jandy Valves- Disassemble, clean & lubricate, replace o-rings.
• Backwash valves- Disasemble, lubricate. Check diverter, gaskets, o-rings.
• Booster pumps- Check and replace hoses if needed.
• Decks- Inspect, repair sealant between cop if needed, seal.

Our specialty is in-ground Vinyl liner pool renovation, maintenance and repair.

• Vinyl liners are manufactured with bleach resistant inks and UV inhibitors to protect against fading and sun damage.
• Liners are equipped with algae inhibitors, which aid normal sanitizers to protect liners for a long life.
• Available in 20 gauge and 30 gauge.  Also available as 30/20 blend, only if pattern is offered in 20 gauge and 30 gauge.
• Vinyl liners are manufactured under strict Quality Control Procedures to ensure exact fit.
• Available in a wide array of styles and custom designed shapes
• New or replacement liners are available; restyle you backyard!
